Black Mountain Ventures is headed by Suanna Gurovich who has had 27 years of residential and commercial real estate experience in California and Texas. She started her real estate business in Montenegro 5 years ago and has developed a strong business based in Podgorica, Montenegro. We provide creative and profitable solutions for developing in merging real estate and resort markets.

For the developer we will provide access to the local markets for labor, materials, and permits. We can make legal referrals and help establish a working environment for a serious developer or investor.
